How payment works

Payment is $100 flat, via Zelle, after your estimate is delivered. The Zelle payment details arrive together with your finished estimate — you never pay for something you haven't seen.

What exactly do I get for $100?
A professional written estimate, delivered by email as a PDF: itemized parts and prices, labor hours by category at real rates, refinish and blend operations, diagnostics and calibrations where the damage calls for them, and taxes. For supplements, it also includes a line-by-line comparison against the initial insurance estimate showing every missing or changed item.
When and how do I pay?
After your estimate is delivered. Payment is by Zelle — the payment details are included with your estimate. $100 flat, no deposits, no surprises.
What is an insurance supplement?
When the initial insurance estimate leaves out operations — pre/post repair scans, ADAS calibration, blend panels, damage found at teardown — a supplement documents those missing items. We write the supplemental estimate and email it to you and your insurance company.
Does a supplement guarantee the insurance company pays more?
No — and no honest service can promise that. What we do is document every missing item clearly, line by line with your photos as evidence, so the insurer reviews a complete file instead of an incomplete one. The decision is always the insurer's.
How fast will I get my estimate?
Usually within one business day of receiving your photos and information. If anything is missing, we'll contact you by your preferred method before writing.
Is there anything to subscribe to or cancel?
No. This is a per-estimate service — you pay $100 when you use it and nothing when you don't.
