AutoEstimate Pro provides professional estimate-writing services: initial auto repair estimates and insurance supplements prepared by repair professionals, plus the software used to prepare, document, and deliver them.
You own the estimates, records, and photos you create. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display them back to you and the people you share them with.
Estimates, supplements, and repair decisions must be reviewed and approved by qualified repair professionals. The software organizes and calculates; it does not exercise professional judgment.
We do not guarantee insurer approval, supplement acceptance, estimate accuracy, or any financial outcome.
No unlawful use, no attempts to access other organizations' data, no reselling of the service without written agreement.
Estimates are billed at a flat rate of $100 per estimate — initial estimates and insurance supplements alike. Payment is due via Zelle after the estimate is delivered. There are no subscriptions, deposits, or recurring charges.
You can export your data and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
AutoEstimate Pro provides professional estimating and documentation services. Every estimate is a professional projection, not a fixed price. Insurance approval and payout decisions are always made by the insurer and are never guaranteed.
